Delivery Options & Timelines
- Nairobi & Environs: Same-day delivery for orders placed before 2 PM (Monday–Saturday).
- Major Urban Centres: 1–3 business days (Mombasa, Kisumu, Nakuru, Eldoret, Thika, Machakos).
- Other Regions: 3–7 business days depending on location and courier availability.
- Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We will notify you of any significant delays.
Delivery Fees
- Free standard delivery on orders above KES 5,000.
- Standard delivery fee is KES 300 for orders below the free delivery threshold.
- Express delivery options are available upon request at an additional cost.
Returns & Refunds
Return Policy
- You may return a product within 7 days of delivery if it is defective, damaged, or does not match the description.
- Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and proof of purchase.
- Custom-configured or sealed accessory items cannot be returned once opened unless defective.
How to Return an Item
- Contact our support team via phone, email, or WhatsApp to initiate the return.
- Our team will provide a return authorization and instructions for sending the item back.
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will process your refund within 7 business days.
Refund Method
- M-Pesa payments: Refunds are processed back to the same M-Pesa number used for payment.
- Airtel Money payments: Refunds are processed back to the same Airtel Money account.
- COD payments: Refunds are processed via M-Pesa to the phone number provided at checkout.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
