Acceptance of Terms

• By accessing or using the TriMart website, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
• If you do not agree with any part, you should not use our services.
• We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use constitutes acceptance of changes.

Products & Pricing

• All product prices are listed in Kenyan Shillings (KES) and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
• We make every effort to display accurate product information, but we do not guarantee that descriptions, images, or pricing are error-free.
• We reserve the right to correct any errors and to change or update information without prior notice.

Order Acceptance & Cancellation

• Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order.
• Orders are subject to product availability. If an item is out of stock, we will notify you and offer a refund or alternative.
• We reserve the right to cancel any order if fraudulent activity is suspected.

Payments

• We accept M-Pesa, Airtel Money, and Cash on Delivery (subject to availability in your area).
• Payment must be received in full before order processing begins (except for COD orders).
• All transactions are processed securely through trusted third-party payment gateways.

Shipping & Delivery

• Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
• Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery. Claims for damaged or missing items must be reported within 48 hours.
• Delivery fees are calculated at checkout. Orders above the free delivery threshold qualify for free standard delivery.

Returns & Refunds

• You may return a product within 7 days of delivery if it is defective, damaged, or does not match the description.
• Products must be returned in their original packaging with all accessories and proof of purchase.
• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

Limitation of Liability

TriMart shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use our products or services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the product in question.
